To create a stamp substitute, follow these steps:
- Open or create your envelope or postcard document.
- On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click to select Drawing.
- On the Drawing toolbar, click the Text Box drawing icon.
Click OK if you receive the following message:
This action requires that you be in page layout view. Do you want to
switch to page layout view now?
- In the upper-right area of the envelope or postcard, draw a text box to represent the stamp substitute.
If desired, while the text box is still selected, click to select (or
change) a Line Style from the Drawing toolbar.
- Type the appropriate text into the stamp text box.
NOTE: You can adjust the position of the stamp box by selecting and
dragging the text box to a new position on the envelope or postcard.
