XL2000: Paste All Not Available with Drawing Object on Office Clipboard

SYMPTOMS

The Paste All button on the Clipboard toolbar is not available.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if one or more of the items on the Office Clipboard is a drawing object.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, after copying the drawing object, immediately paste it in the location where you want it.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

If you copy multiple text selections to the Microsoft Office Clipboard, the Paste All button on the Clipboard toolbar allows you to paste all items at once.
