SYMPTOMSWhen you print or print preview a chart, the data labels on your chart may be printed inside a white box. CAUSEThis behavior occurs if the data labels are positioned in front of a shaded area in the chart, such as the plot area. Labels may not appear correctly when printed in front of a shaded background. Printing the labels inside a white box ensures that the labels are printed clearly and legibly. WORKAROUNDTo work around this behavior, use a transparent background for the labels. To do this, follow these steps:
NOTE: If you format your labels to have a transparent background, they may not be printed correctly if your printer prints at a resolution of 300 dots per inch or lower, or if the color of the labels is very similar to the background color. Additional query words: xl2000 prints axes rotated angled
