The name and description of an add-in application are displayed when you click Add-Ins on the Tools menu and click to select the add-in that you want.

To create a name and description for your add-in application, follow these steps:

  1. Open the workbook that you want to convert to an add-in application.


  2. On the File menu, click Properties.


  3. Click the Summary tab.


  4. In the Title box, type the name for the add-in application.


  5. In the Comments box, type the description for the add-in application.
