SYMPTOMS
When you paste a chart object into another program, such as Microsoft Word, and then return to Microsoft Excel, the chart object appears larger than it was before, but the Excel worksheet still appears to be the same size. CAUSEThis behavior occurs when you use a zoom percentage other than 100 percent. When you switch to the other program and then back to Excel, the screen doesn't redraw correctly. The worksheet appears at the zoom percentage you specified before switching to the other program, but the chart object appears to be the size of the object pasted in the other program. WORKAROUNDTo refresh the screen and redraw the chart object, click anywhere in the Excel window. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. Additional query words: XL2000
