SYMPTOMSWhen you type a date that includes a four-digit year, Microsoft Excel only displays two digits for the year. CAUSEThis behavior may occur when the cell in which you type the date is formatted with the General number format. RESOLUTIONWARNING: Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that
may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot
guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor
can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
