SYMPTOMSWhen you click Save As on the File menu to save your workbook in a different file format, you receive a message similar to the following where file format is the current format of the file. However, file format is not the default file format specified by your system administrator. If you click Use recommended format, Excel saves your workbook in the file format named in the message, rather than the default file format. CAUSEThis problem occurs when all of the following conditions are true:
