MORE INFORMATION

In Microsoft Excel 97, you can click the Camera button to take a picture of a range of cells. This picture remains linked to the original range of cells you selected. If the original cells are changed, the picture is automatically updated.

  1. On the Tools menu, click Customize. Then, click the Commands tab.

  2. In the list of Categories, click Tools. Then, scroll to the bottom of the Commands list.

  3. Drag the Camera button from the Commands list to a visible toolbar.

  4. Click Close when you are done.
