SYMPTOMS
When you print gridlines in a workbook in Microsoft Excel 97, and the print
quality of the workbook is set to 150 dots per inch (dpi) or less, the
gridlines may appear as thick gray lines in print preview. However, the
output is printed normally.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when all of the following conditions are true:
