SYMPTOMSWhen you add a field to your query in the Query Wizard, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following where <Table> is the name of the table you are working with and <Field> is the name of the field that you are trying to add. CAUSE
This problem may occur when the following conditions are true:

For additional information about SR-2, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: Q151261 How to Obtain and Install MS Office 97 SR-2To work around the problem temporarily, click to clear the "Use the Query wizard to create/edit queries" check box in the Choose Data Source dialog box.
