SYMPTOMS
When you use the Internet Assistant Wizard to export a chart, the resulting
Graphics Interchange Format (GIF) file may be truncated.
CAUSEThis problem occurs when the graphic file that is created during the export process is too large. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, resize the embedded chart so that the resulting graphic file is smaller. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
