XL98: Only "About Balloon Help" Is Displayed When Clicking Help

• Microsoft Excel Macintosh Edition, used with:
  • Apple Macintosh System Software 8.5

SYMPTOMS

When you click the Help menu, only the "About Balloon Help" item is displayed.

CAUSE

This problem may occur the first time that you click the Help menu.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, click the Help menu again. All of the menu items will be displayed.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel 98 Macintosh Edition.
