CAUSE
Note that these errors occur when you manually enter a SQL string with more
than 256 characters. If you paste a string with more than 256 characters,
Microsoft Access will notify you that you have exceeded the limit with the
following error message:
STATUSThis behavior no longer occurs in Microsoft Access version 7.0. RESOLUTIONPaste in the string to confirm the error, and then shorten the SQL string to less than 256 characters. Additional query words: macros
