CAUSEThis behavior is caused by a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version 3.1. RESOLUTIONAfter Microsoft Access Setup finishes, move the Microsoft Access icons to the correct group and delete the new group. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows NT version 3.1.
