To setup a competitive upgrade for Microsoft Access version 7.0, you must have one of the following applications installed on your computer:

When you try to install a competitive upgrade for Microsoft Access, a Compliance Checking program (CCP) is run to verify if you have a true competitive upgrade. CCP uses the above list of acceptable Microsoft or competitors' products for the compliance checking. If the CCP program finds one of these products installed on your computer, it allows Setup to continue. If CCP does not find one of the accepted products in the product list, it asks you to list the folder where an acceptable product is installed. This includes any location on a hard disk, CD-ROM, network drive, or floppy disk.
