CAUSEYou logged on to the Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 or 4.0 Workstation as a user who is not a member of the Administrators Group. RESOLUTIONYou can use one of the following methods to workaround this problem. Method 1Add the user(s) to the local Administrators group.Method 2Grant the user(s) or a group that the user(s) belong to full Control Permissions for the following registry key:
NOTE: To Start the Registry Editor program, run Regedt32.exe on Microsoft Windows NT. NOTE: To automate the process of updating the Registry on Microsoft Windows NT, you can use Regini.exe. This utility comes with the Microsoft Windows NT Resource Kit. For instructions, please refer to the accompanying file, Regini.doc.
