SYMPTOMS
Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.
CAUSE
In Microsoft Access, the Print Preview mode is toggled either on or off.
When you print preview an object in Microsoft Access 7.0 or earlier, the
Print Preview command on the File menu has a check mark or a bullet next
to it; in Microsoft Access 97, the button next to the Print Preview
command on the File menu is pushed in. If you click Print Preview when it
has a check mark, a bullet, or a pushed in button next to it, you are
issuing a command to turn Print Preview off. Consequently, the object you
are previewing closes.
