CAUSEUpon loading a Microsoft Office application, Microsoft Office 97 puts the tips in a queue and sets the focus to the last tip in that queue. To see the available tips for your application, you must click the Back button instead of the Next button. RESOLUTIONWhen you use the Office Assistant to view Tips, click the Back button to scroll through the available tips. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Access 97. MORE INFORMATIONThe Tips option of the Office Assistant shows you how you can use features or keyboard shortcuts in the program more effectively. To display program tips in the Office Assistant, click the Office Assistant, and then click Tips. You can also display Tips by using the right mouse button to click the Office Assistant, and then clicking See Tips on the shortcut menu. Steps to Reproduce Problem
