Microsoft Access versions 2.0, 7.0, 97
SUMMARY
Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.
Although Microsoft Access can use a custom paper size, you must first
create the custom paper size by clicking the Start button, pointing to
Settings, and then clicking Printers. In Microsoft Windows 95 and later,
you would then click the Paper tab in the Printer Properties dialog box,
and then click the Custom icon under Paper to create a custom paper size.
In Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, however, you must first create a custom form
if you want to use a non-standard paper size.
MORE INFORMATIONCreating a Custom Form
Follow these steps to create a custom form for printing to a non-standard
paper size in Microsoft Windows NT 4.0. Note that you cannot create a
custom form unless you have first installed a printer driver that supports
non-standard paper sizes. For example, many printer drivers for dot matrix
printers support custom paper sizes.

- On the File menu, click Server Properties.
- In the Print Server Properties dialog box, click the Forms tab.
- Click to select the "Create a New Form" check box.
- Type the name of the custom form in the Form Description box. Under
Measurements, specify the form's dimensions and margins.
- Click Save Form, and then click OK.

- On the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click the Page tab.
- If the printer that supports custom paper sizes is not the default
printer, click Use Specific Printer, and then click Printer.
