CAUSE
Only the database creator, a member of the Admins group in the workgroup in
which the database was created, or a user with administrator permission on
a particular object has full permissions to database objects.
RESOLUTIONContact your database administrator. If you are the database administrator, check to make sure you are logged in as a user who is a member of the Admins group. If you still have the original user Admin, make sure it is a member of the Admins group and try again. STATUSThis behavior is by design.
