where <database> is the database you were trying to export the table to and <owner> is the SQL Login ID of the owner of the database. CAUSEYou do not have permission to use the SQL command CREATE TABLE in the database that you are exporting the table to. RESOLUTION
To correct this situation, the SQL system administrator or the owner of the
database must grant you CREATE TABLE permission in the database that you
were trying to export the table to.
