CAUSE
In Microsoft Access for Windows 95 version 7.0:
In Microsoft Access 1.x and 2.0: Dialog boxes that are provided with Windows disable the OK button if an expected entry is not made. This particular dialog box is not provided by Windows. Microsoft Access does not disable the OK button in this dialog box when there is no entry in the field. If you click the OK button without entering a name, you will receive the following error message:
