SUMMARY
If you import text into a Microsoft Draw version 1.0 file, it may not
display or clear correctly if the coordinates for the text extend
beyond the boundaries of Draw.
MORE INFORMATION
This problem occurs because the metafile created when the Designer
file is imported contains text coordinates that are far outside the
range of Microsoft Draw and that cross the 32K limit of Windows
graphics device interface (GDI) coordinate space. Microsoft Draw
rejects geometric objects that extend over the boundary, but permits
text objects to flow off the page.
