Draw: Overlapping Sizing Handles May Not Display

SUMMARY

In Microsoft Draw version 1.0, if you draw multiple objects so that a sizing handle of one object overlaps a sizing handle from one or more other objects, the sizing handle may not be visible if all of the objects are selected.

For example, draw two separate lines so that they share a common endpoint. If you select both objects, the sizing handle located at the common endpoint is not visible; however, if you add a third line that shares the same common endpoint and select all three objects, the sizing handle is visible again.

MORE INFORMATION

Overlapping handles do not display if you select multiple objects and the number of selected objects that share the same handle location is an even number. If the number of selected objects that share the same handle location is odd, the handle does display. This is because Microsoft Draw XOR's sizing handles, which is standard for many drawing programs.

Note: The handle cannot actually be used to size the selected objects because you can only size a single object.
