SUMMARYIn Microsoft Word for Windows, text on graphs created in Microsoft Graph version 3.0 is not displayed in print preview and does not print if the Microsoft Windows screen colors are set for white text on a dark background. MORE INFORMATIONIf you create a chart in Microsoft Graph, the color of the text and lines will be formatted as "automatic." Automatic text color uses the color selected for Window Text in the Colors dialog box of the Control Panel. If the Window Text color is white, the text color for the graph will be white. The legend border, axes, and data marker outlines will also be white. WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, change the Window Text color to black. To do
this, choose the Color icon in the Control Panel, and choose the Color
Palette button. From the Screen Elements box, select Windows Text, select
the color black, and choose the OK button. After you make this change, load
your chart back into Microsoft Graph to update the graph's colors.
