The information in this article applies to:
SUMMARYIf you draw a single thin vertical line in version 1.0 and 1.01 of Microsoft Draw, it may become thicker when you exit and return to Microsoft Word for Windows. MORE INFORMATION
If you use the Line tool to draw a 1- or 2-point vertical line in
Microsoft Draw and the vertical line is the only item in the drawing,
the line will become thicker than 1 or 2 points when you exit Draw and
return to Word for Windows. The line will print as it appears in Word
for Windows.
WORKAROUNDAdd a horizontal line formatted with white line and fill colors to your drawing. This horizontal line will prevent the thin vertical line from thickening and will not appear in Word for Windows. If you cannot launch Draw by double-clicking the drawing, select the object and choose Microsoft Drawing Object from the Edit menu.
