SYMPTOMSIn the versions of Microsoft Excel listed at the beginning of this article, when you use the Calculate method in a Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications macro, this method may fail to work when you calculate a range. CAUSEThis problem occurs because the Calculate method fails when the worksheet is protected and calculation is set to manual.
