SYMPTOMSIf you use Microsoft Outlook 98 to create a custom form that includes a control, the control's grid may continue to appear after you quit design mode. This behavior usually occurs with the Frame or MultiPage control. WORKAROUNDFollow these steps to stop the grid from appearing when you are out of design mode:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the products listed at the beginning of this article. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. MORE INFORMATIONOutlook forms exhibit this behavior when you turn off the form's grid and turn on the control's grid before exiting design mode. Any toolbox control capable of displaying a grid can have this problem.
