SUMMARY
In Microsoft Paintbrush, version 4.0, when the video display is set
for CGA 4-color mode, you cannot perform any of the following changes
to the palette area:
MORE INFORMATIONPaintbrush 4.0 was designed so that when you are in 4-color CGA mode, the screen stays at the default settings. Therefore, you cannot change anything relating to the color or appearance of the palette. The CGA driver is reading the video information from the hardware level.
