SUMMARYIn order to run properly, Microsoft Visual Basic Applications (VBA) must have access to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER Registry Hive. When VBA runs for the first time, it creates certain keys that it needs in this Hive. Therefore, VBA stores various user customized settings in this Hive.
