PRB: A ScopeItem's ExpandOnReload Property Is Not Available at Design Time

SYMPTOMS

When developing a SnapIn project using the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) Snap-in Designer for Visual Basic, a ScopeItem's ExpandOnReload property is not available during design time. This property can only be set at run time.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
