Error on REDIM of an Array Will Erase the Array

Microsoft QuickBASIC for MS-DOS, version 4.5
Microsoft BASIC Compiler for MS-DOS, version 6.0

SYMPTOMS

If an error occurs while REDIMing an array in Basic (for example, "Out of Memory"), the data in the array may be erased.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the above mentioned Basic products. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
