The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSIf a user drops the Form Manager Design-Time Control (DTC) on an HTML page and then drops DTCs such as the Button DTC or Text Box DTC after the Form Manager, they will not see any choices in the Property page of the Form Manager DTC. CAUSEThe problem is caused by having the Form Manager in front of the DTCs. At initialization time, the Form Manager cannot manipulate controls that are later in the page since they haven't been created at that time. This is true only for the DHTML case. RESOLUTIONThe user can work around this by dropping the Form Manager DTC at the bottom of the page below any of the other DTCs. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
