SYMPTOMSWhen you try to move the Global.asa file to a subfolder of your Web project in Offline mode, the following error occurs:
CAUSEThis is misleading because when the users actually go back online and tries this operation, they're going to get this message box: You cannot move the Global.asa file. It must exist in the root directory of your Web. RESOLUTIONSet your working mode to Online before moving the Global.asa.
