SYMPTOMSWhen you use Design-Time control (DTC) event procedures and Visual Basic, Scripting Edition, you might see the following error: This happens when you name your DTC with a certain name, most frequently "rs" for recordset DTC. CAUSEThis error occurs because the name of the event handler conflicts with the name used internally in the Script Library. For example, the event handler is "rs_onbeforeopen" and Recordset.asp uses the same name. RESOLUTIONGive the DTC a different name than the name used internally in the Script Library. The following list provides the internal names for the DTC's in the Script Library.
