SYMPTOMSWhen working with Custom Menus, if you place a new Custom Menu on an existing Custom Menu that does not contain any menu items, Developer Studio locks up and must be shut down by using the Task Manager. RESOLUTION
Before placing a new Custom Menu on an existing Custom Menu, place a menu
item on the top-level menu.
