SYMPTOMSOn your computer running Windows 95, when you run NETADMIN.EXE that ships with Microsoft LAN Manager version 2.2, the following error message appears:
CAUSENETADMIN.EXE does not recognize Windows 95 as a valid network operating system. RESOLUTIONTo workaround this problem, run NETADMIN.EXE from a computer running Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups 3.11, or Windows NT. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in LAN Manager 2.2 NETADMIN.EXE.
