SUMMARYThe Msmtpsnp.dll file is missing from the Support\Mcis2.0\Alpha folder on the Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 CD. Supported fixes that correct these problems are now available from Microsoft, but have not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing these specific problems. If you are not severely affected by these specific problems, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next service pack that contains these fixes.
