CAUSEThis behavior can occur if the Apple Remote Access Protocol (ARAP) has been disabled on the server by the system administrator. STATUSThis behavior is by design. MORE INFORMATIONThere are several reasons for the Macintosh client to return this error message, one of which is the disabling of the ARAP dial-in service on the server. Generally, Macintosh clients receive a "Remote access callers are not allowed" message when they attempt to dial in to an Apple Server.
