SYMPTOMSWhen you install Windows 2000, the End User License Agreement (EULA) may not be displayed. CAUSEThis behavior can occur if you are upgrading Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0. The EULA is displayed only when you perform a clean installation of Windows 2000, or when you upgrade Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98. MORE INFORMATIONThe EULA is not displayed when you upgrade Windows NT 3.51 or 4.0 because you previously accepted the EULA when you installed one of these operating systems. Additional query words:
