SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to print to a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 print server, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSEThis behavior can occur if you are printing to a Hewlett-Packard LaserJet 5 or LaserJet 6 print server that is using Hewlett-Packard printer drivers. RESOLUTIONTo work around this behavior, use either of the following methods: Method 1Contact your network administrator and request that the Windows NT printer drivers be installed.Method 2Download and install the latest driver for your printer from Hewlett-Packard's Web site.Additional query words: ntstop hp
