SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to print, or you click Printer Setup, in Sierra Home Master Cook Deluxe 4.0, you may receive an "access violation" error message. CAUSEThis behavior can occur if no printer has been installed in Windows 2000. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install a printer in Windows 2000. To do so, click Start, point to Settings, click Printers, and then double-click Add Printer.
