PS/2 Mouse Does Not Respond on Compaq Armada 7800 Docking Station

SYMPTOMS

When you use a PS/2-type mouse on a Compaq Armada 7800 docking station, the mouse may not respond.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the computer's basic input/output system (BIOS) is set not to allow multiple pointing devices.

RESOLUTION
