After you configure the Internet Mail Service (IMS) to connect to an Internet Service Provider (ISP), to implement Dial-Up Networking functionality you must create a phone book entry to specify the connection parameters. When you try to connect to one of these phonebook entries, you may be unhable to do so, and you may receive the the following event ID in Event Viewer:
CAUSEThis problem can occur if your phonebook entry name is longer than 20 characters. RESOLUTIONTo work around this issue, shorten your phonebook entry name to less than 20 characters.
