SYMPTOMSAfter you upgrade from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000, the Power Options tool in Control Panel may be renamed to UPS. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because a file named Ups.cpl is left over after the upgrade. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, delete the Ups.cpl file in the %SystemRoot%\System32 folder. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed
