SYMPTOMSWhen you start the desktop Inbox icon or the Mlset32.exe program located in the Program Files\Windows NT\Windows Messaging folder, a dialog box appears prompting you to install Windows Messaging. If you click Yes, Windows Messaging is not installed and you do not receive any error messages. CAUSEThe desktop Inbox icon and Mlset32.exe may be present on computers upgraded from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0. These versions of Windows Messaging are not designed to work with Windows 2000. RESOLUTIONInstall the Windows Messaging System (WMS) from the Valuadd\Legacy\WMS folder on the Windows 2000 CD-ROM. STATUSThis behavior is by design. Additional query words:
