WHOAMI Command Displays Bindery-Mode Connection

SYMPTOMS

Running the WHOAMI command from a command line displays a Bindery-mode connection if you are logged on to a Windows 2000-based computer running Gateway Services for NetWare (GSNW) or Client Services for NetWare (CSNW) authenticated to NDS. When you view WHOAMI information using My Network Places, the correct NDS connection information is displayed.


RESOLUTION

View WHOAMI information in My Network Places for accurate NDS connection information when you are authenticated to NDS using GSNW or CSNW.
