Camera Images Copied Using CTRL+PRINT SCREEN May Be All Black

SYMPTOMS

Camera images copied from the Clipboard may be all black when they are pasted into the Paint tool.

CAUSE

The CTRL+PRINT SCREEN key combination captures the frame buffer contents. However, if your hardware supports overlays, the captured contents are placed in an overlay, and the CTRL+PRINT SCREEN operation captures only the color key data.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
