SYMPTOMS

When you install or upgrade to Windows 2000 with an Alps Glidepoint Wave keyboard, Setup may stop responding (hang), or the keyboard may not function during Setup.

CAUSE

The Alps Glidepoint Wave keyboard is not supported in Windows 2000.

RESOLUTION

Please contact the keyboard manufacturer for driver support.
