SYMPTOMS

If you configure the Accessibility Options tool to turn off the accessibility features after your computer is idle for a period of time, the accessibility features may continue to be active after the specified time has expired.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000.
